When booked as an exclusive-use property, Villa Le Roc can sleep up to 14 to 16 guests. The space is divided into a large upstairs main house (sleeps 6–8) and two private ground-floor apartments (each sleeping 4).

Yes, both ground-floor units are completely independent. Each features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a private fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette (with a Nespresso machine, stove, and microwave), a private lounge with Smart TV/DSTV, and an independent outdoor braai area.
